Robert Zabbia

Co-Founder

Robert Zabbia is a third generation insurance professional and licensed Allstate agency owner with nearly three decades of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. Since beginning his career in 1996, he has built a reputation for developing strong teams, creating lasting client relationships, and building organizations founded on service, trust, and accountability.

At IntegrationOps, Rob leads implementation, recruiting, virtual team development, accountability, and operational support. His focus is helping agency owners create efficient processes, develop stronger teams, and build sustainable growth through practical, real world experience.

Charles Horta

Co-Founder

Charles Horta is an Allstate agency owner. He began his career with Aon in 1997 before joining Allstate in 2007, providing him experience in both the independent and captive insurance channels. Over the years, he has focused on building scalable systems that improve efficiency, strengthen accountability, and support long term growth.

At IntegrationOps, Charles leads strategy, content development, systems design, and operational development. His focus is transforming real world experience into practical frameworks that help agency owners create stronger teams, streamline operations, and scale with confidence.
