Privacy Notice
Integration Ops LLC (trading as IntegrationOps), 744 N Broadway, Massapequa, NY 11758, is the data controller for personal data collected through IntegrationOps Academy. That means we decide why and how this data is used.
What we collect and why
- Account details (name, email, agency, seat, login credentials): to create and run your account. Basis: contract.
- Training activity (plays completed, quiz scores, sign-in times): to provide the training, show progress to you and your agency's managers, and send inactivity reminders. Basis: contract and legitimate interests.
- Questions and messages you send to coaches or support: to answer them. Basis: contract.
- Form submissions for free resources or service requests: to send what you asked for and follow up. Basis: consent or legitimate interests.
- Technical data (IP address, device and browser information, usage logs): for security, fraud prevention and improving the service. Basis: legitimate interests.
Payment details are collected and handled directly by Paddle, not by us.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who host and run the platform, send email and provide analytics.
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for selling the product, managing subscriptions, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
- Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep account and training data while your agency has an account, and for a reasonable period after so access can be restored. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised. Some records may be kept longer where the law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw consent. Email admin@integration-ops.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls and permissions limited by role.
Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember settings such as theme and progress. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear these through your browser settings, though you will be signed out.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
