How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at admin@integration-ops.com and we will help.

Canceling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your agency keeps access until the end of the period already paid, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds are also subject to Paddle's Refund Policy.
