Terms & Conditions
These terms are an agreement between you and Integration Ops LLC (trading as IntegrationOps), 744 N Broadway, Massapequa, NY 11758. When you use IntegrationOps Academy, you are contracting with Integration Ops LLC. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
IntegrationOps Academy is an online training platform for insurance agencies and their staff. It includes narrated training plays, quizzes, progress tracking, scripts and related resources, sold as agency subscriptions.
2. Your account
- If you sign up for an agency, you confirm you have authority to bind that agency. Individuals must be of legal age.
- Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:
- use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to send spam;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property;
- interfere with its security, including uploading malware, probing for weaknesses, or scraping content;
- reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or share the training content outside your agency's seats, or get around plan or seat limits.
4. Intellectual property and licence
Integration Ops LLC owns the service and all of its content, including software, training material, scripts, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your agency within your selected plan. Any information you enter stays yours; you allow us to host and process it only to provide the service.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, renewal, taxes, cancellation and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the period already paid. See our Refund Policy.
6. Service level
We work hard to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. The training is educational and does not replace your own licensing, compliance or carrier requirements.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your agency's records are kept in a dormant state for a reasonable period so they can be restored if you resubscribe, or deleted on request.
8. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, such as lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
You agree to indemnify Integration Ops LLC against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these terms.
9. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes will be handled by the courts located in New York. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger or sale of the business. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these terms and will post the new date above.
